Grosvenor Park Tree Trail

Grosvenor Park is home to 688 trees ranging from 5 years to 150 years old which together create the park’s natural beauty and tranquillity.

Navigate your way around the park, using our self-guided tree trail below, to discover key features and the origins and history of 15 of our most-loved ornamental specimens.

To help you in your search, look out for the Tree Trail sign posts and once you have found one of our specimen trees, use a crayon and the worksheets included to record your trail by taking a rubbing from the metal plaque on each post.

The tree trail provides a relaxing and educational experience for all ages to enjoy and takes approximately 1 hour to complete, beginning at the Vicar’s Lane entrance marked ‘start’ on the map.
